Andrew Sutherland is a Brooklyn based artist with diverse medium interests, but is best known for the manipulation of plastic rubbish bags into acrylic reliefs – resulting in a tactile effect that questions the ideas form. His work can currently be seen at his first solo UK exhibition titled ‘The Gold Standard’ at Edel Assanti Gallery in Central London .
