I have trouble talking myself into getting fit because I’m always so busy, but it’s so much more important than I treat it… Thanks for sharing!

I was a regular at a gym for a long time, but I have “slipped” for the last 2 to 3 months. It doesn’t take long to really lose it. It doesn’t seem fair to me that you can work for a year or two and basically lose it in a few months if you don’t stay with it.

I hadn’t really thought about a woman needing a female trainer, but in hearing some of the reasons (thanks so much for sharing with this uniformed male) it makes sense. For guys it doesn’t matter so much. I have worked with both male an female trainers and for guys I believe each have their advantages. Best of luck to you. Keep at it and don’t drop out for even a few weeks…YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE
