Billingsgate, the UK’s largest inland fish market is based in the heart of London’s Dockland and supplies an enormous variety of high-class seafood products. Even better, the Billingsgate Seafood School is located on the first floor of the Billingsgate Fish Market and the StyleAble team visited them for a Christmas breakfast experience!

Don’t worry, as you can do the same. Until 19th December, Billingsgate Cookery School will be laying on a delicious Christmas breakfast experience for just £35. Guests will receive a luxury champagne breakfast, with fresh haddock benedict and smoked salmon kedgeree on the menu. You will also get great advice and fish based festive recipes from food writer and director of Billingsgate Cookery School, CJ Jackson. For an even more unique experience, and for only an additional £10, guests can have a special guided tour of the market before breakfast – trust us, it’s worth the money! An expert will take you around and talk you through the different types of fish on offer and introduce you to the merchants that supply them, you will be able to purchase fish or simply suck up the atmosphere at one of London’s traditional institutions.

Stay posted for our upcoming EARLY MORNING LONDON article where we will feature Billingsgate Fish Market and more.
